Challenges
Furniture Forum was struggling with a very low conversion rate and an unnecessary amount of email enquiries from customers who were unclear about the delivery information. The client had started investing in Meta advertising although the ad traffic bounced quickly off the site due to a disconnect from the ad creative to the dated website.
The goal for this project was not only to rebrand but to completely re-design the website with the customer in mind. We wanted to make sure customers were able to find the information they required when looking to purchase a $900+ piece of furniture.

Performance Highlights
• 20% uplift in customers reaching checkout
• AOV new customers grew by 11%
• The returning customer rate grew 12%
• Online store revenue grew by 19%, showing more people wanting to shop online (app still had growth, but the online store had more growth for that quarter)
• The old site wasn’t mobile first but mobile conversion increased by 21% (it was purely made for desktop)
