Prime Skin came to Studio Fussy on a custom-built site that had been wireframed and designed by graphic designers rather than an ecommerce specialist. It looked considered, but it had been built from a purely aesthetic point of view, not a selling one. The conversion and UX fundamentals were missing, it was not mobile-first (a real problem when most beauty shopping happens on a phone), and it was difficult for the team to manage day to day.

We moved Prime Skin onto a premium Shopify theme, rebuilt around how people actually shop. Properly mobile-responsive, easy for the team to run in-house without a developer on call, and merchandised to encourage bundles and lift average order value. Today we work with Prime Skin on an ongoing retainer, prepping the site for sales, product launches and collaborations, so every big moment lands with the experience and messaging it deserves. The result is a cleaner, faster, far more considered store that finally reflects the quality of the brand, and keeps evolving alongside it.
